The apartment is in an excellent location, an 8-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the airport.

The Space
The apartment offers all the amenities you need during your stay: air conditioning, a state-of-the-art 60-inch TV, and 200mbps Wi-Fi. It features a queen-size bed with 4 pillows and very comfortable appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and all basic utensils, and a laundry area with an 11kg washing machine and a clothesline.

It also has a piece of furniture adapted to double as a dining area and a desk.
Located on the third floor, the tower has two spacious elevators for easy access for any guest. It is very quiet and peaceful from every vantage point. It also has a pool located on the sixth floor of the tower.

For security reasons, upon arrival at the apartment, you must pay $5,000 COP per person to receive a bracelet. This bracelet allows for guest identification during their stay.

At this time, only the apartment and pool on the 6th floor are available. All social areas of the building are still under construction, with a completion date of mid-2025.
