The apartment is in an excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the beach. It’s next to Crespo Linear Park, an ideal area for outdoor sports.

The space
The apartment offers all the comforts you need for your stay: air conditioning, a state-of-the-art 55-inch TV, and Wi-Fi. It features a queen-size bed with four pillows and comfortable linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hot shower and all the basic amenities. There’s a laundry area with an 11kg washing machine, as well as a communal laundry area with dryers and a clothesline on the balcony.
It also has a breakfast bar, closet, desk, and a sofa bed.
The apartment is comfortable and quiet. Enjoy spectacular views of the marshland and be situated right on the waterfront. Located on the fifteenth floor, the apartment features four spacious elevators for easy access for all guests. It is very comfortable and peaceful from every angle.

Guest Access
Once your reservation is confirmed, all access details for the apartment will be sent to you.
Please note that all guests and their companions must send a photo of their ID at the time of booking for registration and entry. No additional guests will be admitted beyond those initially registered.
All minors entering the apartment suite must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian.
Access is via a keypad and electronic lock.

Other Highlights
The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath are now available. The gym is not yet open. Parking is communal and limited; availability depends on building occupancy. Parking is also available in front of the building, subject to availability.
